And you can make them in less time than going through a drive-thru!
Who doesn’t like chicken fingers? Or tenders, or strips, or fillets, or goujons, or short breasts, (what??) or nuggets? No one, that’s who! Unless you count those weirdos who refuse to eat yardbird.
Make this chicken tonight. Seriously, it will only take 20 minutes, start to finish, and your belly will thank you! So will your whole family! (Maybe even the ones who won’t eat yardbird…)

Air Fryer Chicken Fingers
Ingredients
1–2 pounds raw chicken tenders, rinsed and patted dry
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup plain panko bread crumbs
4 large eggs
salt and pepper
olive oil spray (spray preferred, not required)
Method
Shake a little salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken fingers and set them aside. In a shallow dish, (think pie plate) crack the eggs and scramble them with a fork. In another shallow dish, mix the panko and the bread crumbs well. Dip the chicken fingers in the eggs and then dredge through the bread…
